Stewart specialises in aiding teams, individuals and organisations to adapt and deal with constant change & improve their overall effectiveness whilst imparting skills and understanding to support and nurture ongoing capability development.

Stewart, with his co-researcher and co-author Chris Kenyon, is recognised internationally for his significant contribution in the field of adult learning & development of which seminal academic works were published in the year 2000. Since this time he maintains a leading presence in the field and speaks and facilitates around the world. Stewart’s techniques have since become widely adopted practices in leading Universities and other professional environments around the world.
